I have done Bachelor in Engineering in Electronics and Communication in 2010 and have been serving Tata Docomo , a leading Telecom company in India since then .
I am also persuing post graduate diploma in international Business from Symbiosis ,Pune . Can I apply with these qualifications in any of Norwegian state universities for MBA or Masters in international Business or Masters in Economics and Business etc .

Other than the BI and NHH, there's not much difference between the Norwegian universities.

Would like your opinion on uit msc business creation and entrepreneurship regarding quality of education and job prospects after completion of the program in Norway and other European countries for an Indian candidate with no prior business education or experience.

What do u think of this program in comparison to MBA pforzheim?

I don't think that graduates of the UIT program (or indeed, any entrepreneurship or MSc programme at an unranked school) will have good prospects. Pforzheim is much better.
