I am looking in to the possibilities of getting an accredited life experience degree that is legal, valid and accepted by higher organisations, most importantly attested by the embassies.
Currently I am a business unit Manager in an Software Company, having 35 years of experience.
I am willing to do any online learning or exams, but I don't have time to study full time.
Thank you for your any information that may be useful to me.

Degrees that are awarded only for life experience are not going to be from recognised universities, so your best tactic will be to look at online distance learning, and perhaps at part-time degrees. This website is for MBAs, and you can see the discussion on distance learning at http://www.find-mba.com/board/distance-learning and also search at http://www.find-mba.com/search for distance learning courses. I strongly recommend accredited courses, so click on that option and you'll get 136 options.
However, you don't mention that you're looking for an MBA so also look at reputable open universities like http://open.ac.uk/
One UK university with a very positive approach towards prior learning is: http://www.yorksj.ac.uk/postgraduate/postgraduate-study/courses/business-and-management/leadership--management-mapgd.aspx

Are you talking about a degree from a diploma mill?
Why not try executive education? Here's a program that helps you build leadership skills during a climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro, that sounds like a pretty amazing life experience:

I don't know anyone that doesn't have experience of life. Can we all have one, or is there no point? We should be told.
