I imagine you mean Eslsca, a business school in Paris. It is a real university so it's much better than Victoria, which Brilliance mistakenly claims to be accredited by EduQua (the accrediting body for sub-university continuing education).

Why not consider AUC? It's in Egypt, and triple-accredited.
