Please could you guide me to choose between Lancaster and Durham Mba for 2023-24 session. Would choose between these two only.

8 years work experience in managerial role.

Since you mention no goals, I would pick Durham for less rain. 

Both of them are great Universities and their MBA programmes are well recognised and reputed in UK as well as Globally. Now it depends on your goals and other things as well which one you will choose. But in terms of the overall MBA experience both these B Schools are excellent choices.
