MBA (Global) Degree from DEAKIN UNIVERSITY, Australia
And
IMT Ghaziabad

Which one is better?
Both are available in upgrad.

I am a Pharma professional since last 6 years and now I want to change my field from Pharma to corporate.For that I have to do MBA but I am cofused between these two courses/Universities.

'Corporate' isn't a very specific goal. What sort of role would you like to have, in what sort of company and where? If you can answer these questions, then LinkedIn will show you which school have the best placement of alumni into those roles. See:

At first glance, the Deakin/IMT course is very well designed and the 10,000 USD price is amazing value. However, the NMIMS programme is not from that Institute's school of business and focusses on business analytics.
