I have 2 MBAs from UK universities in Sri Lanka. Cardiff metropolitan uni and bedfordshire. Which one has better chance of finding jobs. Please advise. Thanks in advance

Just a note of caution: if you're a non-EU student, it will be extremely difficult for you to find a job in the UK after graduation with one of these programs.
Instead of a 'fresher' MBA, which holds very little value in the UK job market - and, assuming you don't have any work experience - consider doing a master's in management program instead. These are typically designed for those with little to no work experience, and if you do a program like this at a good business school, your chances for landing a job in the UK would be much, much better.
Check out the offerings at LBS, Cranfield, Imperial, Bradford, and Cass for example.
