AmrSalah is mistaken. The Manchester programme ranked 30th worldwide is the full-time MBA, not the part-time MBA.

Hi, just came across this discussion while searching for UoM's ranking for it's part time MBA which I could not find.
Was there a conclusion to your discussion in May 2021?

As in May, there is still not a ranking for part-time MBAs.

I had a client session with someone earlier this month in a similar position: they opted for HEC but the close competitor for them was the Bayes EMBA from City, University of London. The Bayes course design was attractive, and the attendance mode was very favourable for them (they wanted to balance time away from the office and from the family). Price performance of the Bayes was great (HEC charges a hefty premium for the EMEA, while Bayes' EMBA pricing is closer to that of their full-time MBA). The cohort quality of both schools was high, but the HEC cohort seems more aspirational and maybe personally richer.
