ISM meets the minimum academic criteria. You can read more at: http://www.find-mba.com/university/1516/international-school-of-management-ism-france/discussions
Generally, these for-profit private schools which are accredited in a country where they don't have a campus are not well understood. And MBA programmes that don't require GMAT, GRE or other selection tests tend to attract students who cannot get into more selective schools that attract employers. It lacks any of the respected accreditations http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations and does not seem to offer career services. It's not part of the university system or grande ecole system, which are well understood in France. Nor is it part of any respected business school ranking.
If you want to use your year in Paris to accelerate your career, you will be better off attending school with as many as possible of the features I've mentioned ISM as not having.

Agree with Duncan. There are so many quality schools in and around Paris - check out the following to get started:
HEC Paris
Université Paris Dauphine (if you speak French)
ENPC
INSEAD (Fontainebleau's about a 45-minute car ride from city center)

Many of the state universities have interesting programmes. Look at the IAE schools around Paris too: http://www.reseau-iae.org/

I don't think that a no-name for-profit school without meaningful international accreditation (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations) or even national or regional accreditation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higher_education_accreditation_in_the_United_States#National_accreditors) will be recognised as widely as one might hope.

No, read the linked article on international accreditation. If you review the list of top 100 or 200 MBAs, you'll see that none of them have ACBSP accreditation. I think you'll find that Google might love you but, if you look on LinkedIn, you'll see that neither Google or any other major MBA employer is hiring notable numbers of people from ISM. I also appreciate that you benefit from the education at ISM but it very hard for you to compare that to the experience at the leading business schools. However if you compare the schools you'll see that leading programmes publish data about salary and placement outcomes, while lower quality schools like ISM do now.

Really? Because ACBSP is recognized internationally and Google (my current place of employment) loves the program.
What are you smoking?
I've never heard of anybody working at Google with an MBA from ISM. Stanford, Harvard, Haas, Wharton, Columbia, yes. And an ACBSP accreditation is far less valuable than one from AACSB, AMBA, or EQUIS - all of which are much more selective.
