Im a b tech - computer science graduate with 3 years of experience in Java in Telecom domain. Im not interested to continue in the same domain and Im thinking of doing MBA in HR. Does it add value to my career ? Will my three years of experience go waste if I change my domain to human resources. And do I have to join as Trainee n then proceed once I complete MBA-HR? If HR is not a good option which one can I opt for ?
Is doing MBA in HR adds value now?

Hi indhuganesan, yes you can pursue MBA in HR, it adds lots of value to your profile & provide better opportunities in your carrier. I am Umang Kumar and I am pursuing MBA from International Academy of Business Management (IABM) (bit[dot]ly/9PkokA ) at Pune. It?s really a nice institute, there is a proper environment for studies & adequate faculty .You can pursue your MBA from this institute. I would like to introduce this institute. You can visit here & have some sessions to know more.
