I'm assuming this depends and there are several factors at play, but would you say there's an average ideal number of years you should be aiming at between graduating from uni and enrolling in an MBA? I mean this in terms of work experience and building a solid background. Cheers.

There is no ideal time. Most people decide to go for an MBA when they feel like they are ready to for a promotion, a career change, to broaden their network, to take up more managerial roles etc. Ideally, you should have some years of managerial work experience before going for an MBA. We see people who have 3 to 10+ years of experience. It all depends on you and your goals at that moment.
