I started my career as property advisor after by Bachelor in civil engineering. I am interested in doing MBA. I want to divert my field from engineering to management. Will this experience be considered ? what all MBA programs will i be eligible to consider after 2 to 3 years of experience?

In general any experience accrued after you finished your bachelor's degree will be relevant to MBA programs. Typically business schools will look at your application if you have 2-3 years of work experience, but to be competitive at many top schools you'll need 4-6 years. What schools are you considering? What parts of the world?
