I'm a country that doesn't use GPA (the UK) and where undergraduate grades don't matter much in the workplace. It's pretty easy to get around a weak GPA if you need one: take a certificate or diploma course where you get a better GPA. Also start doing from freelance work on platforms like Upwork: that allows you to get better experience and start earning cash.

It can't hurt. I wonder if it's really the GPA that is the barrier. If the rest of your application and your GMAT was strong, then some schools would be opne-minded.
