What do you think are the chances of getting into one of the top business schools with a 3.2 gpa, 7+ years of working experience, in which the majority of those years i was still in undergrad school but held managerial positions? i have a 480 on the gmat. have not taken the test, again. i´m latino and did 5 years of community service in my country, although now i´m a US resident.
