Hi ,
I would like to know if anyone knows about the ESCP EMIB program (http://www.escpeurope.eu/escp-europe-programmes/executive-masters-part-time/executive-master-in-international-business/overview/emib-executive-master-in-international-business-escp-europe-business-school/)
The cost of the program is very attractive , and the school is one of the best in Europe and has a strong alumni network in all Europe, and it is 100 % online , and it might be a good choice instead of an MBA for career advancement in international business career path .
Thanks

I don't think an online program designed like that will be similar to an MBA. It is much less selective and very new. A better comparison is Ashridge's online MSc.

That means that, unlike other degrees from ESCP which are government recognised, this one is not. It is comparable to the "diplomes universitaires" from the state universities, like the certificate I got for attending my French course.

Thank you for your comments , actually the reason I took this program into consideration was the triple accreditation of ESCP and their reputation and ranking in FT, but the problem is the master itself is not officially recognized by the government in Spain , but I think recruiters look more for highly ranked schools without going details of the master program.

Indeed, but if that's the case then take an online diploma from the LSE. That's a much bigger brand than ESCP and the entire diploma is the cost of one element of the ESCP masters: http://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/courses/diploma-graduates/lse/diploma-graduates-management

That's an interesting program, Duncan. Do you know if the diploma is LSE-branded?

Yes: It is from the University of London, under the academic direction of the LSE. The general format is like this http://hk.korpusprava.com/storage/certificate/$file/University_of_London.jpg so the Uni logo and then the text mentioning the examining school. My MBA from London Business School has the same format: The University of London shield and the name of the school in Times New Roman.
