I'm starting to apply for MBA programs, and was wondering about something. Most of my recent experience has been entrepreneurial, I've started a few small companies, two have not done so well, but another has succeeded. This is all over the last four years or so. During that period I haven't had any other employment.
How should I address this on my applications? I know work experience is important, and will my being self-employed with these ventures going to hurt my chances? Any hints on how to craft these experiences to my benefit would be appreciated.
