I am 39, from India and working as a creative director, I have around 15 years of experience now and looking forward to getting a senior/ (creative) leadership role in the tier 1 companies globally, and planning to do an MBA. I have shortlisted the following online/ executive programs and confused about selecting one.
1. UpGrad global MBA, from IMT and Deakin
2. Executive MBA marketing management from NMIMS
3. Executive MBA from SP Jain School of global management
4. MS/ MBA from University of Illinois
These are some of the course I could find online, can anyone please help me pick one and explain the reason or is there any other programs that I should look for? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
Thank you!
Confused about the right MBA for me, please help

I am not sure what you consider to be a senior role in a tier 1 firm. For a board level role in a Fortune Global 2000 role, for example, you will need a much better degree, like the ones ranked by the Financial Times.

Thank you @Duncan for the reply!
I am looking for a Director/ Senior Director design role or even a higher position. Can you please help me some better options? Do you think I can get an online/ remote/ distance degrees from any collages and fulfil my interests? My intention is to learn while working and it would be difficult for me to do a full time/ in-campus program currently. Also, I’m self financing my education and relying on education loan for any courses above ₹10Lakhs, so the courses should be eligible for availing a loan from any of the financial institutions.

What sort of company to do want to have a design role in? Do such people normally have MBAs? In Europe, they would have design qualifications.

Thank you again Duncan for your prompt response! I am looking for positions in companies like Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Tesla etc and top agencies/ studios like Pixar, DNG, O&M, Publicis, McCann, to name a few. My thinking towards I have a PG in my field and have around 15 years of solid work experience in the domain with various industries, and I am not sure how can I grow further in this domain. So to acquire more skills like creative leadership, strategic thinking etc are some skills (in my personal evaluation) which can support my case for getting the roles I'm looking for. Also another point to consider is my age and I may not be able to produce/ work like I used to work in my twenties, but I can be stronger if I can get the work done from creative people/ teams. So, I started exploring MBA programs. Hope this clears a few things :)

Yes, but I can wait for the right opportunity for me.

If your focus is on India, then focus on Indian schools. Look at the schools with the most alumni in the roles and industries where you want to work. A small minority will have MBAs. See, for example: How to use LinkedIn to find the best school www.find-mba.com/board/33571
