Choosing between ISB vs IESE

t1315

Hi,

I have just received my admit for ISB's PGP program and am awaiting my result on IESE's MBA application. I have to decide promptly on which school to choose in case I get admission offer from IESE. Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.

I have around 12.5 years of experience in the technology sector as a software developer and a business analyst. I have been working in the UK for the last 6 years. Post MBA, I want to remain in technology sector but switch my function to product management.

I don't want to tie myself to one geography at this point but do see myself eventually settling down in India after a couple of years.

I assume you cannot work professionally in Catalan or Spanish, so ISB is the obvious choice here.

Hi Duncan,

Yes, I cannot speak Spanish or Catalan but wouldn't IESE help me get a job across other countries in Europe?

What other European languages do you speak well enough to work in? If it's only English, then the UK post study visa is a huge reason to study in the UK.

If you already are in UK for last 6 years, why not consider an UK MBA? I believe LBS and Oxbridge MBA will give you same opportunities if not more than IESE if you decide to settle down in India.
