Hello everyone,
So I am at the point where I need an MBA for self development and career advancement. I have a Finance background but currently work as a Business developer so I am seeking an MBA that is online and very interactive from which I can build network.
I am from Nigeria and whilst i am Happy with my current job I am also open to a relocation and hope the MBA will help my transition if the opportunity presents itself.
Looking forward to your inputs, thanks.

These are odd schools to compare. I imagine they have used advertising or are paying someone to inform you about them. Where do you want to build your network? Why take an MBA rather than put that time into networking and personal branding?

@Duncan true at networking and branding, am also working on that...on why MBA while it’s not a criteria to get into senior mgt roles, it does give some edge.
BSN offers a blended program in nigeria and since am big on interacting with executives that why it’s a consideration.
with the job climate and covid19 there isn’t much room for interactions as per physical networking.
If you where to advise what schools should i be looking at...I’ve just entered the middle mgt cadre in my firm. Thank tou

Can BSN give you valuable networking? Students will be at your level, and I guess better students will go to better programmes like Lagos Business School or the CEIBS West Africa campus. Why not take a more respected MBA, with any of the top three accreditation marks, and then out more effort into networking?

Thanks Duncan, i think i would have to expand my search amongst the respected schools that provide online/distance learning.
how would you rank Hult vs the Lagos business school?

I don't think ranking works well out of context with a goal. Lagos is a great school, certainly.

I would say that if you are looking at relocation, as you mention above, BSN would offer little in this regard. Hult, given its network and various campus locations, might be better, but still not your best option.

Lagos would really be the best choice if you want to stay in Nigeria. No question.

But if relocation is a serious goal, you should probably narrow down to a single country and then study there, at an FT-ranked institution.
