I am looking for the average age and work experience of cohorts for EMBA or even FT MBAs. I have seen some schools state it in their brochure, but does this exist on a database or list ranking somewhere?

Try findthebest.com or The Economist's MBA rankings. You'll need to complete and tabulate the data yourself.
