is it possible in any Top business school?

Certainly. Was your MBA at a school with international accreditation? If so, there are a few top-up courses aimed at people like you, most obviously the MSMS at MIT, the MAM at Yale and the MSBS at USC. If not, then you'll need to explain that although it was called an MBA it was really more like a pre-experience masters in management.

No, my comment will not satisfy them. But my comment is the outline of an argument that I think could work.

This is often a question of terminology. For many applicants, often those from countries like India, if they've already done an MBA it was usually an "MBA" only in the broad sense, in that it is a management degree. But many of these "MBAs" are often aimed at students without work experience, and more like what's known in other countries as "master in management" programs.
If this applies to you, then in your application essays you'll have to convince the schools that the degree you pursued was indeed more similar to a master in management program. And perhaps more importantly, you'll have the make the argument that a real MBA will have value to you even though you've already pursued a post-bachelor's management degree.
Of course, you'll also need to demonstrate good career growth and a strong GMAT score (plus great English skills) if you plan to apply for an MBA from a school like Insead.
