Yes, your PG Cert will help. Your GMAT also works. Read GMAT Tiers - strong schools for your GMAT www.find-mba.com/board/27082

Thank you for replying... just one more Q, shall this be all to apply in a good b-school or shall i take up a PG-DM to make up for my poor under grads marks ???

I think this depends on your goals, but your GMAT plus your PG cert, if it comes with a grade, should be a good piece of insight into your academic potential. I'd apply now as the opening of round 1 for top 40 schools.

Very well then i shall not bother myself with a PG-DM... and rather concentrate on putting up a good application.
Thank you so much !

I think that depands on your goals. The candidate above has taken a PG certificate to get an alternative, higher, GPA. Why not do that, while also improving your IELTS and GMAT scores?
