I have a crazy idea in my mind and am wondering if a full time employee can study 2 master degrees at the same time, e.g. 1 Part-time Msc + 1 MBA by distance learning in different universities... is it possible in real life on policy, time and effort-wise? In fact, I have this thoughts cos of less time consuming (3-5 years for 2 master degrees) & self-actualisation.

I don't think you'll self-actualise this way. You'll have to put in the bare minimum into both degrees.
