I'm considering doing a level 7 diploma and a top-up MBA from on of the lower ranking UK universities. It would be quite cheap just to get the degree and possible online.

I wonder, if something comparable is available within the EU? The possibility to do it fully online, in English and with coursework/assignments instead of exams?

There are no schools with meaningful international accreditation that offer top up MBAs. I am not aware of any EU schools offering that. 

PS there could be some franchise programmes based in the EU offering UK too up MBAs, like the GUS universities for example. Maybe GISMA in Berlin?
