I got rejection mail today. saying "Unfortunately after a thorough review of many outstanding individuals for the limited number of opportunities, we are unable to consider your application"
I guess ma application was rejected coz of experience. I have only 1.4yrs exp. and other requirements was good for me except this. So guys who have below 2 or 3, pray God for luck. Above 7+ exp if ur profile is good, u may get.
Yo guys do hope positive reply for your applications. Al the best, Signing off from this forum :( :)

Hey guys,
Sorry for my late answer.
Last week I got the acceptance email from the university. Still, they say it is an 'provisional admission' because my bachelor is not 'Business Administration'. I received learning materials that I have to learn and later have to take the admission test. I still have to do my best.
Bharath: I got three rejections in 2010. Don't give up. And I don't think it's because of your working experience. Mine is only 1,5 years...
Good luck for all of the applicants! And please keep on updating.

okk- help me understand this. What exactly is a provisional admission?
How are you supposed to get an educational loan based on the same? And tests- when?

Hey Avigyandutta,
Provisional admission in my case is like 'half way there' but I still have to take the test, because my bachelor is not in business. The purpose is so that after the test I will already understood the basic knowledge in business administration (and hopefully will be on the same level with those who got bachelor in economy/b.administration etc. Mine is product design by the way). I still don't know when the test is, still have to wait for the official letter.
And what do you mean with loan?

Hello Shakebassri,
I applied on May 7th, so it's the third stage.
As I have seen on the website, you applied on the 4th stage; so you will be notified on July 5th. I know how you feel right now. But I am sure you did your best already. Let God do the rest :) Good luck for you and for all applicants!

"One year earlier it was ranked 8 out of 103 MBA programmes concerning information and service quality."
I guess it is not really an indicator of rankings. But if you guys are absolutely sure about the programme and its curriculum helping you in Germany or outside ..its up to you :)
Best of luck for your admissions !

There is no evidence to support the claim that "IBC course of Offenburg is ranked as 3rd out of 108 MBA courses across the world ". This 'smells' to me like a reference to one of the many German B-school rankings. Whether the school's ability to provide a high quality of service for supplying information really relfects its marketing spend and say nothing about the quality of the education or the business outcomes.
The most reliable ranking of German universities is the CHE:
http://www.daad.de/deutschland/hochschulen/hochschulranking/06543.en.html?module=Hitliste&do=show_l1&hstyp=2&ab=3&esb=24
Offenburg gets one star our of three, overall, for its undergraduate business programme.

Hello Duncan,
thank you for stating ranking fact. But maybe for some people ranking is not everything. For example my consideration is that the location of the school is closer to my family, and I can't move to another city. For some people is the financial consideration. For some people the specific orientation toward consulting is the biggest consideration. For some might be because the school has close cooperation with their home universities or companies or government in their home country.
I am interested in the school because of the program, the location, the fees, and its very strong support for the international student. Beside, the university has strong cooperation to my home country.

So I finally have the call. It says provisional admission because all non business graduates need to complete credits on extra subject- Cost Management and Marketing.
Anyway, I also have calls from HFU Business School (MBA- International Management) and SRH Berlin (MA- International Management)
Anyone wants to help me decide between IBC Offenburg and HFU please?
