MIP Politecnico or Essec

Hi
I am CS grad from BITS Pilani and have a work experience of almost a year as a Technical Presales and Product Development engineer in Dubai.
I have applied for the Masters in Data Science/Big Data/Business Analytics and have been accepted at both MIP and Essec.
Now MIP offered me in early may and so I booked my place within the deadline by paying the first installment. Essec said Yes a few days back.
I want to know if I should stick with MIP ( International Masters in Big Data and Business Analytics in collaboration with CEFRIEL and IBM and it seems to be taught by both the business departments and Polimi's CS dept; also I will be the first batch fo students ) or go for ESSEC ( MS in Data sciences and Business Analytics in collaboration with Centrale Supelec ).
Also, MIP costing me 12000 Euros ( of which i paid 2000 already) and Essec fees are 20k euros. What would be a better option for me considering I will obviously be looking at employment in the EU countries? I know I will have to learn either Italian or French atleast for it.

The ESSEC Programme is much more advanced. Unless your Italian is very much better than your French I would walk away from the sunk cost and take a seat at ESSEC. Frankly, they will probably advise you to do the same given the choice.

Indeed, ESSEC is definitely a stronger school, given the overall school's status in the various rankings. MIP is a great value for what it is but if you can afford ESSEC this would most likely be better over the long-term (unless you had a specific interest in working in Italy versus working in France.)

Language will obviously be an issue for post-program jobs in those countries, but you probably know that already...

Hi
Thanks Duncan and Maury for the advice. I will be joining Essec after they offered me a 5000 waiver. It was always my first preference but the costs were over my budget untill they offered me financial aid.
