hello everyone,
i have done civil engineering this year with 47% i.e 1-1.7 GPA and only gave IELTS exam (6.5 overall). i understand my profile is very weak. i want to do MBA in hospitality and tourism but because of my Engineering background, GPA and also no work experience in any field no college/Uni is accepting me. So do you know or heard of any college/Uni (in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Italy etc) who may accept my application for Jan. intake.
Please reply
thank you

Do you have European citizenship? if not, I wonder if you can both win admission and get a visa processed in eight weeks. Take a look at mastersportal.eu With no work experience, an MSc will be open to you but not an accredited MBA. There are few January starts. MODUL and Turiba look like options: http://www.mastersportal.eu/search/#q=de-fulltime|di-23|kw-hospitality|ln-3|lv-master,preparation|mh-face2face|!dg-prebachelor|rv-1|sd-1,2,3,4,5,6&order=tuition&direction=desc

Hello Duncan
I am from India. I am dentist here. I want to do General MBA (Not MBA in Health administration)
from Italy
( University doesnt matter )
My Queries are
1) Can I get admission though I have irrelevant degree of medical to Maths/managment ?
2) Can I Easily get visa ?
I mean I doubt they would reject my visa as my course is irrelevant.....
Is it difficult to get visa on these bases right?
3) I have applied for 6 uni in italy... If i would succed my next queries come... i have genuine reason for doing this course which i can express to visa authority
I have my clinic here in India
Dad having business...
In future i dreaming of opening a huge hospital or chain of clinic nd want to manage it..
Secondly i have to expand dad's business..
I can show them proof/It returns/registration of both

What MBA programs did you apply for?
In general MBA programs will be relatively agnostic when it comes to your work background and industry. As long as you can show decent career progression, as well as how an MBA would fit in your career arc, it shouldn't be a problem. However, there are some specialized MBAs that do require you to have specific industry experience.
Generally student visas aren't a problem if you've got admission in a real MBA program. You'll want to connect with the people in the business schools you are applying to for specifics.
Finally, it's best to be realistic about your post-MBA career goals. Speak with your chosen business schools to see if they feel your goals are realistic.

15 days is not a long time.

No, not a long time at all. Especially if you consider many MBA programs have rounds in their applications, so you may have to wait until the current round closes, depending on where you applied.
