Hi all, I would like to know more about MBA in GSOMI. I have a bachelors in computer science and have about 4 years of experience as a software engg in India.
Specifically I would like to know ...
1> Studying in GSOMI and job scenario there after.
2> Do they have campus recruitments and/or how easy is it to get a job after MBA.
3> Is it recognized in other EU countries ?
Thanks in advance

You mean the school in Nürnberg, right?
I think it is not so good if you want to work outside Germany. But I don't know, just presuming.
What accreditation does that MBA have?

can anybody tell me more about gsomi mba program...one should go or not...in yes or no....

To keep it short: This program has no international accreditation, no international reputation and seems to be nearly unknown in Germany. I can't imagine that they offer a good placement service and I have never met a person who graduated from this school. They are only visible in public with their Google adverts.

I just had a look at their homepage: They claim to be one of the top three business schools in Germany - this is simply ridiculous!!!
The institute is part of a 'Fachhochschule' (University of Applied Science); those are normally colleges with no research reputation which focus on regional job markets (e.g. Northern Bavaria in case of that institute).

i think this is typical German - don't you know they say that about everything there - the biggest train crossroads, the best techno club, the best autos..... they have a tendency to exaggerate.

Where's the exaggeration?
Berlin techno club Berghain has been elected the best club of the world by a UK magazine:

Mercedes, BMW and Porsche aren't that bad either.
Not sure about train crossroads...

Thanks, Malia! :-)
As far as I can oversee it, Germans do not exaggerate more or less than other European or North American citizens. But that GSOMI claims to be one of the three best business schools in Germany is just as far away from reality as if RW Oberhausen or TuS Koblenz would claim to be one of the best German soccer teams... (both play in Germany's second soccer league!)
