MBA 2017: Insead / LBS / others

Hey, who all is applying / has applied for top European schools like LBS & Insead for 2017?

I applied to both...

Now I just have to wait. :)

About me:

- 3years work experience in financial services (London)
- First class honours in undergrad + many extracurriculars - rowing club, student union activity etc.
- want to move into private equity at a firm like Blackstone, Carlyle, etc.

I considered some US schools as well but in the end decided not to.

Hello, I want to apply to an mba program but I don't know where, I didn't study business, I am an engineer, what do you think about it?

An MBA would help you augment your engineering skills with business acumen - many people use the degree to do just this.

It would help if you thought about your career goals before making any decisions. Do you want to change country, or change industry, or change your functional capacity? Where do you want to go and what do you want to do? The answers to all these questions can help inform your decision.

Which round did you apply in? If R1, you should have already heard. If you applied in Round 2 you still have a few months to wait.
