Can anybody tell me if GISMA has postponed the launch of its Weekend MBA (due to poor application numbers)? I found August 09 and January 10 as starting dates in the internet.
Thanks for your help!

If you Gisma have had to postpone the MBA, then it would be another bad news story for them. They have not had the best of luck recently.
There is not much else in germany, part-time - Leipzig offer something, but from what I hear St.Gallen's new part-time MBA is pretty good. I have seen adverts for it and the FT have done a couple of articles on it. I know they offer modules in Berlin and Munich as well.

By the way, what makes you think it is postponed? Did they tell you about poor application numbers?

Yesterday they told me that the start has been postponed since their program schedule does not fit with the schedules of their corporate partners and their students. But why do you communicate this a few days before the planned program kick-off? Inofficially I heard of very poor application numbers. I suppose they are really struggling with heavy problems, financial and structural.

Hi Nicolcon,
I contacted them aswell and got the same answer yesterday. Seems to be this is the official answer. But you are right that it is a little strange.
I don't know about the heavy problems though, there is not necessarily any evidence of that...

just seen on the MBA Channel that GISMA officially have problems now recruiting to the programme:

What I didn't know was about their professors. Until this year, they had never had their own professors... now they have two....!
