I admire the frank and and sound advice you gave to prospective MBA applicants.I applied for the IAE Paris (Sorbonne Graduate Business Schoo) International MBA program and I was accepted. I really need your help because I am in a real dilemma. IAE Paris states that it belongs to the world renowned Sorbonne University. However, IAE Paris is not mentioned in any of the major rankings. Not even in this website's MBA rankings in Europe. Is that a red flag? I was drawn to the program because 80% of the students are international. But, I am concerned about the teaching quality and accessibility of the professors. What is your opinion of IAE Paris? - the professors' teaching quality and accessibility and the program's impact on a student's professional development? Please share all that you can to assist me in making a final decision. I have already read alumni testimonials and spoken to a current student, but I need another perspective. Thank you in advance.

The IAE network of business schools in France's state universities is not an elite system. Pantheon-Sorbonne maybe famous abroad but the fact that few French student take that MBA is a sign. For a better outcome, look to the Grande Ecoles. Only the IAE in Aix has real status. I think it's fair to say that if you can afford the MBA there, then you can get into a better MBA elsewhere.
