Hi,
I got selected for Full-time MBA Program of Corvinus University of Budapest for Sep., 2015. I am curious to know if it is a good choice to join. I have done my engineering and working with IBM since 3.5 years.
I like to mention that I am from India and don't know Hungarian Language but have my brother in Hungary(but not in Budapest). It was the reason I applied in Hungary.
Thanks in Advance
Harshit

Well, it's hard to know if it's a good choice since you don't mention any alternatives. Search the discussion board for Corvinus. You might get some ideas from the schools people are comparing it to.

I have currently started applying and got first selection from Corvinus. Was eager to know if this is a good choice in terms of job opportunity after MBA

Did you read that post and read through the discussion on Corvinus?

Considering you are an international student, wouldn't it be better to do an MBA from a school that's AMBA-accredited? Fortunately, CEU is in Budapest and has AMBA accreditation. It's a great value.

Thank You. Can you please suggest some other AMBA which are low budget?

Try searching the board for CEU, CNAM and UC3M. The others will come up in context with them.

Hey I have realized that corvinus is beating CEU in almost all the rankings in last couple of years. There should be a reason..

Hey I have realized that corvinus is beating CEU in almost all the rankings in last couple of years. There should be a reason..
What rankings? Neither MBA program is ranked in any of the main rankings. Corvinus' MIM program is ranked at the bottom of the FT master in management ranking, but this has no bearing on the school's MBA program.
I still contend that if you are an international student, it's a much better investment to do your MBA at an AMBA-accredited business school. CEU is a great school, and has one of the cheapest AMBA-accredited MBA programs in the world.
