Applying for visa

tamerramzy

HI,

I have a question, it's related to having the student visa for 2 times and didn't go due to some issues that faced me.

Now everything is okay can I apply for the visa again or this will be a bad history and they might decline my visa?.

Noting that I still have student account in deutche bank and have the fund in there, I didn't withdraw it.
Regards

Sorry, your question is unclear: do you mean you've applied for a student visa in Germany twice already and you've been declined? If so, why were the applications declined?

No no I applied to student visa twice and accepted and get it but I didn't go. So is there a problem to apply for third time or because I didn't go in the previous 2 times this will be considered as bad history

I don't think so, unless there's some kind of quota for how many visas you can apply for.

To be safe, I would talk to your school. I'm sure they have people there that have knowledge about visa issues.

Honestly, I think it's better. if you did not use the visa then clearly you are not applying in order to migrate illegally.
