I have got admissions in both Skema(MIB) and rennes school of business ( MS in Global business management). Any suggestion to choose between these two.

Depends on your goals. Skema may have better weather.

I have plans to stay back in Paris after course and work

I'm not sure that either is very well suited. These international business courses in English are really aimed at students who cannot work in French.

Did you check on the MSc in Management from HEC Paris? It has great international mobility statistics, is highly ranked, and is just outside of Paris. Do you speak French?
