Please advice on best school choice (best price vs accriditation combo).

My profile: Russian (30y.o) 3years of marketing exp. for japanese cosmetic brand in Japan. After MBA i want to stay in the same LUX marekting, cosmetic field, but move from Japan to Europe.
I was looking into England,Holland and France.( I dont speak French though). My GMAT 650.

Which schools in those contries would be best for me?

Look at the tier 3 and 4 schools at http://www.find-mba.com/board/27082

Unless you have a year prior to the MBA to live in France and learn the language to a higher, perfect level, don't bother with France.
