thankyou so much for your reply,but i am looking for MBA with specialization in property or real estate.i am looking for maximum 18months programme and if i dont find in australia i will be ready to go for singapore or europe or canada,but prefrebly i am looking to find mba in australia with specialization in property or real estate.i found the course in university of south australia but i am confused about the reputaion of the university..so please guide me to find more programmes in australia

Which MBAof university of Youth Australia you mean exactly? I don't think they have an MBA specialized in property/real estate.
But besides I strongly advise to go for a good school instead of the unknown MBA which you'd chose just because of specialization of the program. F.ex. AGSM, mentioned by LaVoz, is one of those very reputed schools in Australia. If a school like that offers such a specialized "Centre For Real Estate Research", it should be first on your list!
