1) What is the chance for getting into it, now I am 2nd year Business Economics undergrad at Thammasat university, Thailand and decide to study IMBA (English program) at Tsinghua right away after my graduation?
2) Do you have any suggestion for my preparation to get into it?
3) Should I have an internship?
4)Please comment and suggest all further information, I really appreciate it . ^^

You need to take your GMAT! With a TOEFL under 100 getting a high GMAT will be tricky.

I wonder what should I do to offset my Zero working experience. Do they have ever receive students who have no working experience?

They don't ask for work experience on the IMBA.
