Singapore is a small island.
You can only choose NUS, NTU, INSEAD.
That's all. So apply to all of them.
Note: I've excluded SMU because the program is way too young.
Won't worth your money.

I would recommend either the Nanyang MBA or INSEAD MBA. They both rank really high. Top ranked schools tend to have top notch curriculum. You are looking for strong education, and although most of the time rankings point more towards networking power, often they also point towards quality (generally that is). If you are looking for absolute best quality available, in Singapore it probably has to either be Nanyang or INSEAD. Nanyang is cheaper, so maybe for your purposes it would be the bang for the buck, since the INSEAD connection won't appeal to you.
Fyi, although I realize you have a job that is gauranteed, networking can still be very important. I've known of very well off people who still decided to go to Harvard (OPM though, not MBA), mostly for 1) good education, but at the same time 2) networking that can help them further their business. Obviously how valuable networking is depends on where you are and where you want to go. If you're from a super prominent wealthy family in Singapore, then brand won't matter because most likely you have the connections to begin with, all you need is the skill to keep people from one-upping you. Although if you are that rich, I would recommend going to the more expensive school just for the reputation that comes with it. If, on the other hand, you own a bakery, networking might not matter as much, I doubt an INSEAD MBA will help you become the world's #1 baker (probably has more to do with skill).
So before totally discounting the value of networking opportunities, first evaluate where the company you will inherit is situated, and where you want it to go.

I agree with your suggestions, especially NanYang Business School. Recently my friend met with Nanyang's international relation team in London. He told me that he was so impressed that the school was very proactive.

Please let me know about university in Singapore that doesn't require any work experience. I found that NUS, NTU, and INSEAD all need 2 years min. working experience to apply.
Thanks !
Thanks !

If interested in NTU, here is a recent article about the broadening of their applicant pool and therefore of the diaspora of their graduates.
