Jerome, did you check the rankings (http://www.find-mba.com/mba-rankings)? I think CEIBS and CUHK are pretty good in the rankings.

Jerome, there are also quite a few US schools offering special China focused MBAs. You can find them by using the MBA Program Search (http://www.find-mba.com/search) and selecting "Asian Business".
