I think some of the most popular MBAs in HR are in India, and they are for people without prior work experience in that field. Why not try an Indian website about MBAs?

What countries are you looking at?
Specifically in Asia, there aren't many accredited MBA programs that offer an MBA with a human resources specialization.
The only one I can think of is the one-year MBA at the University of Dubai, which offers a concentration in human resources.
But unless you want to end up in Dubai, there's a case to be made for doing a general MBA at a ranked school (NUS, Nanyang, etc.) to leverage those schools' superior resources.

Aren't there any universities in UK which offer good MBA HR programs?

In the UK, the MBA tends to be a degree in general management. If you're looking for a degree in HR management, it will probably an MSc accredited by the CIPD. Search the discussion board for CIPD.

Thanks again Duncan ! The last time u told me to go through CIPD in the discussion board, I had done the same. I re-iterated about it because they were universities offering Msc HR programs and I was asking about Mba HR programs. Correct me if I'm missing something here!

Yes, I think you overlooked my comment that "In the UK, the MBA tends to be a degree in general management. If you're looking for a degree in HR management, it will probably an MSc accredited by the CIPD."
None of the really respected HRM degrees in the UK are MBAs. They are almost all MSc degrees.
If the MBA is the only option for you, then Cardiff has an MBA in HRM which is mainly targetted at Indian students http://business.cardiff.ac.uk/degree-programmes/mba-programme/specialisation
