Readers should be careful to avoid being scammed. GBC resells degrees from Periyar University, whose reputation is really weak. Take at look at this list of complaints: http://www.consumercourt.in/university/1888-periyar-university-ugc-grade-worst-university-india.html
I have no idea which countries would accept their degrees as a basis for permanent residency, but I cannot imagine that any countries in the developed world would.
