Hi Everybody
I am a Fellow of Company Secretaries of India, Equivalent of ICSA (CHARTERED SECRETARIES) in UK, practicing for past 5 years in India itself. I can explain my domain as jobs done by corporate consultants who can attend to all kinds of issues related with corporate laws and practice. Now I wish to do an MBA in Finance and/or Equity Markets to further my knowledge in the respective domains and sharpen my management skills. My preference is US business schools and that of UK. Any of you may advise me as to the best college to do my preferred specialization. I am preparing to write GMAT now.

I suggest you use the Financial Times ranking and review http://www.find-mba.com/specializations/12/finance . All the top schools are excellent for finance.

That's true Saroo. Thanks.
Can I get opportunity to know whether Corporate Secretarial Professional like ACS [Association of Company Secretaries] provaided by The ICSI from India can get into B-Schools of USA like other professionals, as there is no parallel professional course like ACS in US unlike UK where ICSA is providing similar professional qualification.

As long as it's full-time work experience that you've had since your undergrad, it should be considered by business schools.
Generally, the certifications are not as relevant as work experience.
