MBA at 38

Hello,

I am from India. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree, 4 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing industry, 2 years of retail experience and 4 years of entrepreneurial experiance where I started a chain of bicycle stores, presently 2, at different locations in my state.

But I would like to move to Canada or US. MBA seems to be the only option for me to get a job and relocate

What would you advice me?
Full time MBA? part time,?

What's the possibility of getting a job at 40?

Canada is very much easier to migrate to. Take a full-time MBA in Canada. MBA salaries are lower in Canada than in the US, but it's a better society in many ways. Focus on the regions with the lowest unemployment.

would you please suggest some universities that would accept a GAP of 10+ years. i have done my Masters in physics in 2007 and in 2012 started working in IT. I have reached the level of Assistant Manager and I believe an MBA would help me go further in my career.
