Greetings,
I?m a new immigrant to Canada - Toronto area, I wonder if I need any special accreditation to my (university of Leicester, UK) MBA certification in Canada? If yes, please advise procedure to follow.
Bear in mind it is already accredited by (AMBA).

There's no additional accreditation you can gain. The most appropriate accreditation in North America is from the AACSB, but this would be something that Leicester would have gain as an institution, not you personally.
PS A UK MBA without AACSB accreditation might not be highly respected in Canada, especially from a school like Leicester whose MBA is widely known to be delivered principally by a for-profit organisation through distance learning, and to have quite a few unhappy former students. I'd suggest you look at the post-MBA qualifications at York and McGill universities. Those would give you a lot more legitimacy.

Thx Duncan,
I've already obtained the MBA degree from Leicester, however, have you any advise how to get connected to these univ's, or recommended post MBA courses to gain more legitimacy.

Well, I recommend you enrol on either of those courses, at McGill or York. http://schulich.yorku.ca/Client/Schulich/Schulich_LP4W_LND_WebStation.nsf/page/Post-MBA+Overview!OpenDocument http://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/programs/mbajapan/admission/certificate/apply
