I agree with Lukeh, please give some more detail/a specific question, so we can help you(and don't forget to search this site for previous posts!
any ways, i think 1 year work experience is a short time for MBAs(usually 2-3 years), let alone an executive MBA.

Just to follow up on the above - unless you already have an MBA and/or very many years' experience at a senior level, you should forget an EMBA - for the time being, at least. However, with two years' experience under your belt, you might be eligible for an MBA.

One has to add: Most MBA programs will require a GMAT test - the general rule of thumb - the better the program is(reputation, placement, accreditation) the higher the score must be.
