I think it's only in India that you'll find an MBA in Infrastructure. In other countries, that would be a specialised masters degree, not an MBA. I can't find such a programme in Canada but I did see:
http://www.brunel.ac.uk/sed/civil/courses/postgraduate/project-and-infrastructure-management-msc
http://www.usc.edu/schools/price/programs/masters/ippam/curriculum/urban_planning.html
http://www.eur.nl/english/post_experience/master/urban_management_development/environmental_infrastructure/

What about a Schulich MBA with a specialization in real estate/infrastructure?

Otherwise, depending on your goals, a general MBA from an accredited school like Concordia, Ryerson, Sauder etc. might be more valuable.

Although you would need at least a few years of work experience for all of these programs - and it's not clear if you have any.
