I am planning to apply to HEC Montreal - 1 yr intensive MBA program. I have some questions about the program/university.

- 11+ yrs in software industry with 4+ yrs as project manager.
- Excellent extracircular activities
GMAT: 640

1. What are my chances of getting into HEC?
2. Job prospects after graduation?
