I gave my GMAT yesterday and got a 660(Q44, V36).
I already have completed my MBA in IT and have a managerial experience of 3.5 years. I have been involved in extra curricular activities as well including Fashion show, been Cricket Captain , involved in an NGO for raising money for kids etc, been the Head of the placement committee for college.

Can somebody please help me if i can look forward to apply for ISB, INSEAD. or what colleges should i look for with this profile and score?

Your GMAT would need to be over 700 for those schools. Why do you want a second MBA?

Yes, you'd need a better GMAT score for those schools. Since you posted in the Americas forum, are you also looking for something in Canada? If so, there are a few schools you could look into with your profile: Start with Rotman, McGill, and UBC - Sauder.
