I have bachelor degree in pharmacy and currently working as a medical representative in UAE.
my main goal from getting an MBA is to develop myself personally and professionally, and mainly to move forward with my career.

which MBA program is better; MMU online MBA or UOWD MBA?

What career do you want to develop? Medical representatives don't need general management MBAs. 

well, medical representative position is usually a transitional position. one can get promoted to other departments including sales, marketing, business development and others. 

having MBA degree can increase the chances of this. 

If you develop specific career goals, it might be possible to give you some direction. Without one, I'm not sure either of these is the best option for you.

You don't necessarily need a specialization for that kind of career goal. Focus on getting into the best school that you can, which has a network in the kinds of companies where you want to work. Use LinkedIn to sift through people with MBAs who work in the places you want to work, and figure out where they did their degrees.
