It doesn't claim that accreditation on its website. What are your goals? Read the other posts about Egypt.

I went there by myself and they told me that it is accredited by Ministry of international affairs and & Arab League & i want to take this degree to enhance my career in order to find good opportunity outside Egypt.
please be noted that am working for UNHCR as Senior assistant and i want to be qualified for higher positions. So, Plz advise !!

I don't think this school is well known and I don't think either of those bodies are well known as accreditation bodies. If you want MBA-type roles abroad then look for international accreditation - http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations

If you want to land a job outside Egypt, you should probably do an MBA in the country that you want to work.
That said, the only internationally-accredited MBA program in the country is the American University of Cairo - its AACSB accreditation will carry some weight internationally, but still, I would highly doubt that even this program would be a good way to work in another country.
