Albers' MBA curriculum is designed to develop successful careers.

Albers designs its demanding MBA curriculum for the purpose of developing professionals for successful careers. It offers a Bridge MBA (one-year, full-time), a Professional MBA (part-time or full-time), a Sport and Entertainment MBA, an Online MBA, and an Executive MBA. 

Bridge MBA: The Bridge MBA is designed for non-business majors and those with limited work experience. The program builds a strong academic foundation of an MBA, as well as the real-world experience needed for the next phase of their careers. 12 months, full-time.

Professional MBA: Albers' part-time or full-time MBA is designed for the mid-career working professional looking to gain business acumen and forge ahead in their career. This program utilizes an innovative experiential learning approach to incorporate both skills and concepts into real world situations. Part-time or full-time, flexible, all evening classes.

MBA in Sport and Entertainment: Albers' newest MBA is a 24-month program that builds leadership skills and business acumen and offers an authentic experiential immersion curriculum. It is the first program of its kind to build on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a core philosophy.

Online MBA: The Online MBA is an immersive and rigorous program that can transform how you conduct business by demonstrating the power of fair process and holistic operations. Designed for the mid-career working professional looking to gain experience and advance in their career. Can be completed in as few as 2.5 years. Part-time, 100% online format.

Executive MBA: The Executive MBA is designed for seasoned professionals and integrates a demanding curriculum with an exciting experiential leadership program. The focus will be on strategic decision making for a more just and humane world.

Albers’ reputation as a premier business school starts with our renowned faculty, who create a stimulating atmosphere in classrooms that serve as laboratories for practical, business-world activities. The vast majority of our professors, who are leaders in their fields, hold a doctoral or other appropriate terminal degree. 

Faculty members contribute firsthand to ideas circulating through the business world by publishing research in top-tier journals, such as the American Business Law Journal, Accounting, Organizations and Society, Journal of Finance, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Marketing Research, and Journal of Business Ethics. They also contribute to the national agenda by participating in important organizations.

While producing intellectual contributions is a core responsibility of our faculty, these scholarly activities are undertaken in the service of teaching. *Optional through Fall 2022. Applicants are still encouraged to submit a GMAT or GRE when possible. Choosing to include these scores can make applications more competitive and gives the admissions team more information about applicants. Albers retains the right to recommend submitting a GMAT or GRE score on a case-by-case basis, in order to assist in the admissions decisions process.
